Deeper Motion

Semaj's sound lives in the deeper dimensions of house — soulful, jazzy and rhythmically driven, with a love for groove, space and movement. His sets unfold as journeys, moving between warm basslines, hypnotic percussion and deeper shades of soul.

Influenced by the likes of Ron Trent, Fred P and Atjazz, Semaj approaches music as a long journey, weaving through house music's deeper, stranger and more soulful corners.

As a resident of Resonate MCR, he’s shared the booth with the likes of AtJazz, Franck Roger, A Guy called Gerald and Jimpster, to name a few.
